Thrifty Threads is an upscale resale store with a mission to provide affordable women's, men's, and children's clothing to Bixby and surrounding communities. All proceeds go directly back to the BOC to fund programs and services.

Thrifty Threads is owned and operated by the Bixby Outreach Center, a 501c3 non-profit, that provides basic needs and assistance with dignity and respect to those in Bixby, Kiefer, Mounds, Liberty, Glenpool, Haskell, and some parts of Jenks.
